Absolutely garbage shipping service. The battery pack arrived moist and would not charge from every charger I used. Avoid this product, it would be better to buy it from a reliable source such as horizon hobbies or some other hobby store. However, I suppose that this problem only applies to things that are electronic so most non-electronics are safe from water damage. I'll try and get a replacement from banggood because this seems like a really good deal.
