Delivery was fast, 6 days from CZ to FIN. Quite well packaged in to two carton boxes. Overall nice looking jet with reasonably smooth foam and paint. Clear canopy / hatch is nice and it’s attached with magnets. But.... * PNP build quality is poor and its not plug and play it’s more like ARF almost ready to fly. * Position of the horizontal stabilizers are crooked and not symmetrical. * Wings has no spar what so ever! They're probably not going to hold in tight turns. They has to be glued on so you can't disassemble them for transport and storage. * Jet is clearly made for 64mm EDF! The 70mm EDF is too large in the thrust tube. * EDF is not seated well and the hatch bulge out. * Motor is not Hookll inrunner as in the pictures But a cheap outrunner. * ESC is not attached in any way and rattles around in the jet. * Hard plastic nosecone, although quite thick. No magnetic attachment. Nose will not survive a hard landing. * Exhaust "nozzle" is very thick foam and looks ridiculous. * Fins under the fuselage are foamboard covered with thin plastic and so are the missile pylons. * There are no missile pylons for the wing tips. * The landing gear is aluminum and tires are soft. So they're good for some other plane but not for this one. This jet is the first Hookll plane for me and I'm not impressed. I guess you can't get good for cheap. It is not for a beginner but for seasoned model builder who can fix all those things. I would not recommend this for a first jet. It will be good after solving all those issues. Or you could accept the flaws and send it as is and hope it last for a few flights at least.

JakeEti Don't worry. It can be made better if you have a little bit of previous building experience and skills to do so. I'm sure you can glue the wings etc. , fix the ESC in place and put the receiver in, check the CG and fly. Those were my observations about the quality. I guess my expectations were too high about this jet.

JakeEti Probably. It depends on the size of the battery. Ofcourse you can modify the fuselage for your needs.

Q: We're using the station for our fridge on the camping site. It switches off somewhen in the night. Is there a better user manual for download where this behavior is described? Can the automatic switching off disabled? Is there a website of the manufacturer?

JakeEti The user manual say in page 2 "when you press the AC button three times you can switch to continuous output mode". Otherwise it will go to standby mode.

Shipping took ages. Order placed 2024-07-21, arrived 2024-08-16. Banggood responded to my complaint appropriately and quickly and compensated for the late shipment. Product seems to be good quality. Only the plastic feels hard so have to be carefull not to damage it.
