Q: Can someone please test, if the heart-rate-alarm is working. Will a notice on the watch appear, if heart-rate is above a sprcific number? Easy to check if you set the alarm to 70 heartbeats and move a lite bit harder :) I really need this function, on the watch I own now the alert will not show up. Dont want to buy the Blitzwolf when this watch has the same malefunction :)
Same question for 'drink water alert' and 'too long sit alert'. But this is not that importent. But would be nice to know if it also is working as it should.

Q: Does the hart rate alert show up on this watch. It should show a display warning when the configured number is higher. F.e. set it to a value of 70 to test it when you do a work out. I have a similar watch (E580) and there this function could be set in the app and on the watch, but it does not show. I realy need this alert, and I will only by the watch if it does the job :)

ZVONE Hmm,unfortunately, it can measure and display, but it is not entered into the application. Even with the option to measure the watch itself, it often does not enter the heart rate into the application. For the sake of warning, you sit too long and move.

BG151011113 You need to install H-Band app on your phone. You can find it in the Google Store and also in the Apple Store. There is no hungarian language avaliable.

Q: Your watch restarts every 20seconds, unable to connect to the Hband app. I can't update ECG or Weather data. What is the reason? Thank you!

BG151011113 Have the same problem with a Samsung Tab A. Looks like it has to do with the bluetooth version. When connected to my phone it don't have these problem. You can reset the watch to factory setting and connect it again. But then you should not make ECG from the watch but only start it on the app. May be something wrong with the firmware, but BlitzWolf does not answer on my support ticket since two month. Also Banggood is not interessed to look for a solution.

Q: Czy BW-HL6 ma jakąkolwiek gwarancję ? Kupiłem poprzedni model BW-HL5 , po 30 dniach przestał funkcjonować i nie mogę się doprosić o jakikolwiek kontakt od producenta.

BG151011113 Forget it. The customer service has no intention to help you. They try anything to keep you alone with your problem. Banggood do have the worse customer service I have ever contacted.

Leider funktionieren für mich wichtige Funktionen nicht. Weder der der Alarm für zu langes sitzen noch die Erinnerung zum Trinken melden sich. Aber noch trauriger ist, das der Alarm für die Herzfrequenz nicht funktioniert. Egal welchen Wert man einstellt. Ich habe zwei Uhren gekauft und beide haben das Problem. Der Support hat keine Lösung dazu und mir lediglich 5,-€ Rabatt angeboten. Also, wer diese Funktionen wichtig erachtet, sollte die Uhr besser nicht kaufen.
