Q: I have this on a massive heat sink to begin with that I planned ahead on, I burnt myself on a 5v-12v led already last weeks DIY screw around session, this weeks is 50w cob and 3" high heat heat sink and it still was extremely hot after 5 minutes of operation.. any suggestions?

This LED light is stunningly beautiful by appearance extremely well made and blinding bright! I have the brightest porch light on the entire 1/2 mile city block that I live on brighter the surrounds of your home detours thief's in the night. Daylight sunshine on my porch every night

12VDC do not plus this bulb into your 110V/220V outlet in your house or itll scare the bageezeys out of you! it only require a small amount of energy 12VDC not 12VAC ONLY DC guys. Great light I just dont know what youd use this in as a screw in a ready to use in a car but in an RV I could understand!

you should not be unsatisfied the remote seems to work pretty well the mouse cursor is just a little off from where you point it at. from what I can tell the bad part about it is that it does not turn off so the batteries die very fast was in good condition when it arrived I have bought other air mouse Combos and they don't work right out of the box this one works decently well for the price

Q: What does "Fail Safe NC" mean? I understand that NC means "normally closed" but I thought failsafe for these locks means that they are open without current. So are they open or closed when there is no power?

JoeC it is normally closed which means it is always getting power to stay locked when the power goes out it becomes n/o which is an open circuit and it is unlocked

Q: what kind of resistance/resistor if I used it as a turn signal bulb. it stays lit/powered on but gets brighter as the turn signal blinks until disengage.. do you have a diagram? *****

Thisred in general, you can use 50W 6Ω resistor for your turn light, for example this product: Product ID: 926758

3.5w-4w Max the delivery time took extremely long bulb box and plastic case around bulb were smashed. I feel like I got taken on this one. Especially for only 1 bulb for the price I paid. (just under $5-USD) pass on this seller buy a bulk package from elsewhere you'll be better off even if 1 or even 3 of them doesnt work out of the 10x 5W LED bulbs you can order for $6-USD dollars elsewhere

great if power is only supplied for a very short period of time. Anymore than 60-120 seconds of 9-12v the LED starts flashing and appears to be failing. these also get extremely hot I even went a step further and installed a heat sink on my to thoroughly test it and same results. I'm pretty disappointed in this product as my plans were to wire multiple of these inside an enclosure and use it as an emergency battery powered flood light
