Q: Is an English language manual available?
If so, where?

A fairly useful widget on most days, invaluable on some, and will 'gie ye a muchtle fricht" if you try to make it work anywhere close to hard. My only experience is with invalid scooter tyres, which are definitely on the wee end of small tyres. Top up a tyre from 13 psi (!) to 27 psi, no problem, and fairly quick too. from 20 psi to 32 psi takes a while and requires a fair rest period for the pump and (more so) the connecting hose to gradually cool down. for topping up the occasional tyre to a pressure under 29 psi, it is good. If you let your tyres down a bit to cross a sandy or muddy soft patch. be prepared to get through a snack or two during the vital cooling periods. Pumping above 32 psi may be feasible; I'm too old to go on that prolonged a journey. For normal use on an invalid scooter, it is compact and performance is adequate. Higher pressure (Bike tyre) or larger volumes of air (Wheelbarrow or larger) , you'll find out why people are buying more expensive units. The manual is definitely helpful, but not hugely so. It suits me - small tyres not above 29 psi, one inflation only per outing,, stows away inconspicuously and is reasonably quiet. Industrial grade it ain't but the price is great for occasional use. It may be capable of 85 psi, but I'm too old to wait around and see. the Schrader connector is simple and quick in use, and unusually leak free for any price bracket, at least with my sample. I like it, but my needs are simple, if necessary, I'd cheerfully buy another..
