I received the controller today. It looks good, but I haven't tested with the engines yet. However, I soldered the USB cable to the test and I flashed the firmware to newest version without problems. Looking from the front of the socket the wires should be [GND(black)] [Data +(green)] [Data-(white)] [+5V(red)] as in the picture I added. It has easily connected to Taranis X9D+ and reads all channels and position from gyroscope correctly. Additionally I soldered the capacitor on battery input.

czarobest@Asaus Asrock Iused a 1000uF 6.3V electrolytic capacitor and little 22uF SMD tantalum capacitor but ceramic (MLCC) would be better :).

The first sprocket is unfortunately plastic. There is no ball bearing. However, it's working ok.

Have ordered brushless sets and several metal parts and oil shock absorbers. Changed to big Tyres. looks even better. So much fun.

I installed a brushless 35A +2845 motor in this truck. The stock drive shaft quickly snapped. finding no aluminum drive shaft upgrade for this truck i purchased 2 A959 drive shafts and a 5mm coupler and made a driveshaft the right length. Since the truck has been a blast and durable.One thing is bad the non-standard gear pitch making it hard to get a 3mm pinion I had to drill out a standard stock one. The diffs have held up better than expected with the brushless. I used bang good #1060092 servo for the steering fit good.
