Besides I missed the clamps for 20mm holes everything is good - the packaging, the item, the holders. tried it yesterday - holds wood very well :).

Good bass, but not really usable for speaking (with phone) - mic quality is very bad. The construction is a bit big - the headphones will be outside of the ear.

got the item fast. well packed. also got an adapter for Australian. but I'm not happy with the quality of the phone. the selfie camera seems to be positioned incorrectly - need to tilt phone to get myself fit to the picture. couldn't get a smart notifications to the Garmin Instinc watch - that is not good. the wide photocamera make big distortion of the image. the touch sensor is positioned on the power button - uncomfortable to use that. my wife of as redmi 8 model - much more handy to use.

That is a second earplug that type - bought them for my wife. After a week of using We are noticed, that there is a problem with automatic connection to the phone, whilst the earplugs staying in the case. The working idea is - when you put them to the case, they disconnected from the phone and start loading. But there is not so good contact and after a while, they connecting by themselves to the phone and, first of all - disconnects, and secondly, because the sound goes through them, my wife missed the phone calls and messages. So we should constantly check if they are switched off :( PS. The same problem is with mine earplugs.

working good, but the sound volume could be a little bit louder. In the manual is written about WiFi connection, but that is about Bluetooth connection.
