BG533254044 It’s called cogging All brushless motors which don’t have a sensor cable between the motor and esc will do it. It’s normal and not broken. When the motor stops the esc does not know which way the stator is pointing. When the motor rotated again the esc takes a few fractions of a second to figure it out what way the motor is turning and then runs normally. If you want smooth take offs then you need an esc and motor with a sensor. The sensor tell the esc where the motor is in it’s rotation pattern before it starts and the esc doesn’t have to work it out
