Q: I've been using my box for 3 weeks, christmas present.... worked great, until it froze up. I've tried to restart while holding the factory reset button.... but it is still frozen at the "H96 Pro + screen.. even after I've held the reset button for several minutes... HELP

Nikolai Nikolov The problem of this box is the power supply - buy adapter with more amperes (from 3 and up)- I bought 5v 5a adapter and the box is working perfectly with it!
