Will I did not use the screws. Metal screws just crack the foam in a hard landing. Use 15 minute Epoxy for the rudder and elevator. The stress is better distributed. If the foam breaks just put it back together with 15 or 30 minute Epoxy. If you must use screws, take the ones you have or the fuselage to ACE hardware in the USA to find something that will work.
