Great unit. Clean, no missing parts, all working in the right way. Very well packaged. Could became a work horse adding a milling Z axis, a plastic wire extruder for 3D printing and also a vacuum suction noozle to use it as pick & place for pcb assembly ! Only need days with 40 hours, not 24 ....

BG222051841 Something went wrong after few days ! I assembled the machine and left it on the workbench for a long week-end: when returned to the lab I found all the plexiglass plates craked !!! Probably caused by microscopic stress breaks due to the use of threadlock I put on every screws ! BEWARE OF THREADLOCK LIQUIDS - DO NOT USE WITH PLASTIC !!!

Very high quality unit. The leading screw has a 400steps/mm resolution ! The only problem is the drill chuck: it is not perfectly balanced so when the motor is spinning the chuck makes a lot of vibrations. If you remove the chuck the vibrations disappears. I ordered a lighter chuck with interchangeable fixed clamps with the hope it will be more balanced.
