hi,im happy that deliver it in good condition.., But my thing concerned is The jack is not working it dosent make any sound when i plug in..,,,Then i Expect With Rosin in Photo But There is none so i have to check to the store to by Rosin,,please dont include to the photo if when they deliver is not shows,,and The PLUG JACK IS NOT WORKING ,,(my 1stime order)

Q: Its good they delivered it safe but there is a problem about jack plug its not working,,and no rosin included i dont know why?

wumeihui Please understand that our mistakes caused you inconvenience.The rosin is not included ,but you can consult the consumer services and we will send you a new rosin for gift.The jack plug not work you can send our pictures and find the reason ~
