glini Wrong!Parts that touch notebook are PLASTIC as nearly all of this wobbly piece. Take a look at the second photo. Only the four small parts in black are aluminium (the connectors to the middle part).

glini Yes, if the temp is between 32 and 42 °C - this is of cause senseless. This is for measuring body temp.
