joegalea The motors are rated in turns as a reference to the brushed motors this is roughly a 9T. Brushless motors are rsted in KV which means rpm per volt applied. This motor can be run on 2s or 3s so for 2s it is 7.4 volts x 3930kv = 29,082rpm or 3s 11.1 volts x 3930kv = 43,623rpm.

Q: is this motor sensorless? or does it have a built in hall sensor

joegalea The motor is sensorless and has no hall effect senors built inside the motor. The ESC uses back emf from motor to determine which position the rotor is in.
