With the correct libraries, it works fine as long as you don’t need to add SD bitmap images on the Mega. Since the SPI pins are different (11,12,13) for Uno and (51,50,52) for Mega. They need jumpers.

BG175550183 So no, the SPI bus pins on the Uno are different than on the Mega (11,12,13 vs 50,51,53). The libraries will not work for the SD on the Mega. I've tested and it works fine on the Uno, but SD does not operate with Adfruit and MCUfriend libraries on the Mega.

worked pretty good for about 2 weeks. Then it decided to rotate counter clockwise and stay there, not responding to PTZ commands to turn. Still works on the Y axis. Also, the motion detection is always setting off false alarms even with only the minimum coverage area and minimum sensitivity. A cloud shadow will set it off.
