I ordered a pair, they arrived individually wrapped and in good condition. One of them was slightly shorter than the other, coming in at 490mm in length. This isn't an issue for me as I will be cutting them anyway, but could be an issue for others. I have yet to check their outer diameter for accuracy.

The items I received weren't as high quality as in the picture. All the headers were black, some of them weren't soldered through straight. Also the SPI control pins were extra long pins that go all the way through. This is fine if you're not going to use the SPI functions, but if you are, you will have to cut them off or you will short your SPI control lines out to other lines on the board, and probably kill your controller board.

The kit is fair enough, but the MOSFET on the RAMPS board controlling the heat bed output is not up to the task of driving the supplied bed, at least not without a heat sink (which it doesn't have, and there really isn't much room for one). I powered mine for the first time tonight, and before the bed had reached 45c I could smell something bad. It was the MOSFET melting the back of the connector block (it was just touching it). This actually saved it, as I pulled the power before the MOSFET could cook itself to death or damage the board. Luckily I had a *proper* sized external MOSFET board in my parts bit, so now the under spec'ed one on the board only has to drive the external one which does all the heavy lifting. The other components seem much better quality. The heat bed itself is perfect, the Arduino Mega clone is fine (uses the CH340 for I/O, which for some reason has its number ground off, but it identifies itself when connected!). The screen and rotary encoder are good. The stepper drivers were a little bit cheaper, they needed the edges of the boards cleaned up so they would fit tightly together on the RAMPS board, but they all work.

2 of mine were fine, the 3rd had a lose case on the switch which made the switching point variable. I fixed it with superglue.

Item specified at 1.75mm internal, 4m external... Was approx 3mm external. I can't be specific what the external diameter was, but it was visibly much thinner than the real 4mm external PTFE tubing I had, and there was no way it would fit into my couplings.
