Q: mine doesn’t light up all three colors at the same time so when choosing white color with the remote only two of the three colors, red and blue light, do work. however all three colors light up individually... does this happen to everyone?

Fisschdadd The W button is only can light up two colors. It can not be lighted up three colors at the same time.
