    Already tested, I can say that 30 watts of power are fairy tales. The real power obtained under perfect conditions is 12.5 watts. The short-circuit current is 620 mA when the photovoltaic panel is cold, when the photovoltaic panel is hot the short-circuit current drops to 560mA. The maximum current from a single USB socket is 700mA and then the voltage on the USB socket drops to 4.75 volts. Maximum current from USB sockets is 1400mA, higher current causes overloading of the solar charger and shuting down charging circuit. Including the price-quality ratio, it is a good solar charger for charging small power banks.

    Power is about 10W (NOT 30W). Approximately power of solar panel can be calculated by formula: P=1000*0.17*S. Were S is area of active zone of power panel. In this case S=0.4*0.16=0,064 m2. Power: 1000*0,17*0.064=10.88W.Solar power is 1000 W/m2, efficiency of solar panel is about 17% (0.17).
