Somehow this bag matches the measurements given, but looks very different, it looks about half the height of the bag in the picture. I don't understand how this can be, but the bag is usable, and holds a good amount, so I will keep it, but I won't give it the usual spectacular recommendation I usually always give to Banggood's wonderful products.
