Quick test shows hardware works as expected. Has no problem with 100ms sample repeat. Not sure about cold-junction compensation. Built-in error reporting works to prevent faulty readings to be used. Indication of 'yellow+' and 'red -' terminals are correct, but many thermocouples out there have incorrect colors. Personally have shifted the pin header to the bottom of the PCB for convenient mounting on breadboard and/or user PCB.
