This is not a "normal" winch-controller. Important parts are missing in the description - and of course it does not come with a manual. Comes really nicely packed in a plastic box, does have a PH2.0 plug ("mCPx") for plugging in a winch or motor. I needed quite a lot of time to work out how this winch controller works. It does not work as a "normal" speedcontroller works. You will plug the winch controller directly to the receiver. But you cannot go forwards, backwards (and change speed), if you plug it to channel 2 (ESC channel) Every time, the winch controller gets a signal from the receiver/transmitter, it changes the direction of the motor/winch turn and runs slowly. Next "signal" is stop. Next signal is "run other direction". This has some advantages and some disadvantages, but I think, Banggood or RBR/C should tell us with a manual, how this winch controller works! It means: You can use this winch controller with a simple push button on your transmitter, as many transmitters do have (on the handle) and most people use for switching on/off lights. No 3-position switch is needed to control this winch controller, a push button does the job! This is a big advantage for people using a simple 3-channel transmitter with ch-3 controlled by a push button. They can control a winch now using this controller! But if you have a tx with 3-position switch, you cannot use this winch controller as you were used to with "normal ESCs" - pushing the switch to one direction - winch will go to this direction, center is stop, pushing to the other direction, winch will go to the other direction. This winch controller will work with such a switch, but it will change motor direction every time you push it, no matter, in which direction. So it is always - direction 1 - stop - direction 2 - stop - direction 1 - stop - direction 2 - stop... and so on. Nice: powerd by receiver. Works awesomely! Its the perfect tool to get past the GT3C ch3 problem. Hit the button once, it feeds the line out, hit again, it stops, hit again, it pulls the line back, then stops when you hit it again. Cycles through it perfectly. Cannot be easier!
