Not happy with the battery due to faulty cells My ISDT Q6 charger refuses to charge the battery due to differential cell voltages Put it onto my GT500 charger - see photos I hope Bigbang will replace the faulty battery

After 2 cycle of charge the battery had a defect. One cell was at 0,9V. I tried to charge the battery again, but my charger don't allow it because there a too big delta of voltage. A lipo is damaged for ever if the voltage go under 3V. I made my claim there is one week, but no answer of the aftersales service.
