DannyThomson hi there, i cant give a definitive answer but as a layman i would rate this mask as equal to N95 but that would depend on the filters used with it. the filters can be replaced with other filters of various ratings, i personally use the mask for spray painting and it works very well for that purpose. i hope this answer is some help for you. DannyThomson i use mine as a step counter while walking, you hold it in your hand and move the button round which registers each step as you move the buttons around. each step is counted on the small screen. this allows me to see how much i have increased from the previous days walking as i teach myself to walk again (after having a stroke) i find this counter invaluable.
