Q: Does it comes completely disassembled? A bought a previous one and I couldn't get the proper tension in the toothed belts to get a smooth axes movement.

Ben Yeah it comes as a Kit, Its easy to assemble, and set up including the belt tension, but go online and get and use the GRBL firmware instead and Lightburn software with it, Easy to use and configure, as what they supply is in Bad Chinglish and Very hard to configure and to use. Its a Great Unit it etches and Prints/cuts well for what it is.

Ben 68mm length, centres of slots are spaced 15mm, apart 3mm slot.on mount side. same space and slot size on front 30mm length slots.
