steven NO its not the cr10 smart has a differ hotend u can get the microswiss one or just search amazon look for Micro Swiss All Metal Hotend Kit for Creality CR-6 SE CR-6 SE MAX its like 64 bux

steven are the props bent ? change them if so - and when you turn it on is it on a level surface, thats all i can think of
