alxc Other Area might come with CN rom. Guaranteed English with this and can use play store. guides on XDA can be found to manually change to global rom.

alxc OtherArea will mean they give you Chinese model, which will still support English and mostly the same product but you best check Kimovil website to double check the specific band support because sometimes it might slightly differ and compare that to the country you live in.
