frussy84 I ordered on 07 April and from 28.05 waiting to picked up by ups : 2019-05-28 - 11:29:00 - Order Processed: Ready for UPS. I don't understand, if the customs clearance it's done and the ups label it's already created, why they don't send the parcel?
