Not a precision square,mating surfaces are not flat, the part where bottom contact upper part is not in the same line. So this needs to be flat but its not. Bottom part is only screwed with 2 bolts that had stripped threads and bottom part holes doesn't align with upper part correctly. So poor quality and failed quality control. Will not purchase again,as advertised item us not what you actually get.

Device has a good quality build, came with old firmware so do update the device to latest 0.68 version as it adds support for Q3,0 charging. Only issue that i had is pc micro usb is soldered in an angle so connecting pc cable to it was a problem. After checking on internet noticed same issue on the other pictures of the product,so maybe manufacturing problem.

DL24P tester,good quality,works as described. There is available 3d stl model for case that fits this tester. Case is made well by carverandi . You van download it from this link https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4734854 I recommend you download and print case for this hardware. Case will protect the tester and use is more convenient. When using case,remove provided support legs from the pcb. Before use remove the fan and heatsink from the pcb and inspect mosfet . Make sure there is thermal compound between mosfet and heatsink. Just to be on the safe side replace thermal compound with better quality one. This is a 180W load but if you run this at 180W for a long time you will burn mosfet,so limit hardware in the settings to 150W. Basic understanding of ohm law is needed when you test batteries.

Samppa78 As long as the battery pack doesn't exceed tester maximum voltage then its okei. However it will take many hours to test a big battery pack. Notice ohm law when you test battery's, depending on the set voltage you will be able or not to pull 180W. This is a maximum for this tester and you can burn mosfet. Run this device at max 150W and before use remove cooler and make sure that thermal compound is present.Just to be safe replace for better quality thermal paste.

Samppa78 This is a part cooling fan.The same that you will find on any Ender series 3d.Intended to cool printed parts during printing process. Its a blower fan.
