What a fun little unit. I've had a few different RC cars / trucks over the years but wanted something that I could race around inside the house or drift around in the garage... this is the one! The lights are bright and look great - and it has more power than you need for indoor fun. Take it outside and the 30km/h top speed suits it very well. It's a little skittish at full speed when turning, take your turns smoothly and lower your speed a bit, but that's to be expected from standard friction shock absorbers - the great thing about this platform is that there are a lot of upgrades that can be done if you feel the need to. The standard radio is basic but works well enough. Strangely it has dual rates for throttle but not for steering... The rates dial for the throttle helps if you want your kids or friends to have a drive indoors without the risk of crashing full speed into a wall, but this truck could really use a dual rates setup for the steering, especially for new drivers as the steering has a very wide angle range (really good for a drift setup) and the turning circle at full steering is tiny. This is great fun if you have experience with RC, but is something that new drivers will need to adjust to. The centring spring for the steering on the radio is a bit stiff at the centre, but nothing that I'd deduct any points for. Battery life is much longer than I expected! Driving on tiles or a slippery surface and managing your throttle for some drifting or racing action will see a very decent run time per charge. I feel that if you had 3 batteries you could almost drive non-stop. Was almost achieving non-stop driving with 2 batteries. Outdoor full-noise driving will obviously shorten the run time, but still significantly longer than I would have expected. Build quality is better than you would expect at this price point, however upgrading a few key components like shock absorbers, suspension components and gearbox casings will turn this into a beast!!

BG132557185 Yesit does, RTR means ready-to-run and includes everything you need except for the transmitter batteries.
