anzac1234 Thesame happened to my two batteries, and lots of people seem to have the same problem. Both batteries expanded and cannot be used, so the drone is now useless. BG denied to refund because the 6 months warranty period has passed, as they said. They should stop selling this faulty product! They even admit it is faulty since they note that the batteries need storage below 30 degrees and only half-charged!

anzac1234 Ihad the same issue with two EX4 batteries. in Greece. Both expanded and broke the casing. Banggood denied to refund because the purchase was more than six months ago, although the drone has been used only one or two times. Now I am afraid to buy extra batteries, because this may happen again! The drone is now useless....
anzac1234 Since I put the phone in the sea to take a photo, it charges very slow (more than 7-8 hours to fully charge) and the speaker (ringing and notification sounds) can barely be heard. Such a disappointment.
