I received a defective controller. The first time i turned it on i immediately smelled burning and felt the battery compartment get hot. I opened it up to find that the plastic in the compartment was melted. I am not too upset about that...I understand that sometimes you get a bad product. It is the CUSTOMER SERVICE at Banggood that I am disappointed with. Once i had the defect i immediately contacted them through the chat option. I sent pictures and video as they requested. They forwarded my complaint to another department and had to wait for an e-mail response. Once I received that I was once again asked to send pictures and a video of the problem...i did. I had to wait for another day or two for a response, once I got one they asked me if i would go buy one locally and they would "cover" it. i declined that option obviously. i asked for a new controller to be sent or a full refund. When i finally got another response a day later, they asked if i would accept a replacement battery to be sent to me. NO, that isn't even the problem! I asked again for a new controller or a refund. I was then told that the supplier was on vacation celebrating the Chinese Spring and could I wait until February 10th to follow-up. WHAT???? Really?!?!?!? No, I want a resolution now. Send me a new controller or a refund so I can buy it somewhere else. Now a couple more e-mails later and I still don't have a resolution. It has been two weeks since my initial contact with the customer service department. WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

tnscholfield Whatever you do don't rely on customer service to help. I received a defective controller and have been trying for two weeks to get a resolution!
