Works very well for my 48V lead acid battery assembly. Also quite accurate for voltage, but I am not sure about capacity since I have old batteries. It was hard to understand the instructions. Read them carefully and read some of the Q&A to get a good understanding of how it works. The FUNCTION button is in front, the SETTING button is in back. I finally got it to shut off after 10 seconds (current draw went from 4.5mA to less than 0.1mA) by pressing the back button, powering up, (that shows the current battery selection type, P4 in my case), short pressing the front button to get the "4" flashing, long pressing the front button to get to "S" mode, using the back button to select S2, short pressing the front button to select it ON, and powering down.

Q: How can I set for a 24V lead-acid battery? I followed the instruction but it doesn't display P24. The P parameter value is from 1 to 17 !

John-Glammis The instructions are a bit incorrect. P2 would be what you need for 24V (e.g. 2 lead acid batteries). I use P4 for 48V.

Worked perfectly out of the box. It draws less than 10mA at night, delivers charge as soon as the sun is up, and stops charging at 13.7V as advertised. The display shows the current voltage accurately. I am happy, especially at this price.

Smaller than I thought. However, running an efficiency test with uncalibrated equipment, going from 12 V to 5 V gave me an efficiency of 75% at 13mA and over 90% above 100mA. It ran cool at 1.1A out.

Arrived in 16 days (Canada) which is good. Product quality looks good although the included fuses looked a bit flimsy. Happy with purchase.

Pro: Reads voltage well - clear and bright. Con: mounting holes very close to body. Components on back easily damaged. Note: I thought the voltage readings were not very accurate but later found that there is a potentiometer on the back that you can use to adjust the display offset.

Received in good condition. The measured resistance is very close to 62 (59-63 ohms).

PaulVdB I'm sorry, I never measured it. But I guess that is very little (<1mA). I use it in a solar system and don"t see a difference (in mA) when it's connected or not.

Very small unit with amazing voltage stability. (+/1 0.01V over 10-24V and 0-300 mA). I did not sense any heat at 300 mA. Attached is a spreadsheet with my efficiency calculations, realizing that my equipment is not calibrated. I considered the efficiency very good at high currents and even above 68% at 36mA input current. However, the quiescent current with no load is quite high at about 9mA.

Packaging was good, though delivery took 39 days to Canada. Works well. Quiescent current about 12mA throughout input voltage range. Figuring out how to wire it was frustrating, so I am attaching a sketch of my device as I wired it in a self powered mode. Note the thick red wire is the positive current flow return to the meter. Construction appeared good. Accuracy on voltage was great (+/- 0.01 V) while accuracy for low currents was good at +/- 1mA.

Seems to deliver stable 5V (approx) power under a wide range of input conditions. However, the efficiency is not particularly high at low currents, as would be expected. Attached is a table of efficiency calculations using my non-calibrated equipment. No load current is 5mA which is a bit high for my liking. John from Ontario, Canada

Appears good, all 4 relays worked OK, delivery time was good. However, the relays were not SONGLE as shown in the pictures. They are Hong Wei and look very similar. What worries me is that I cannot find a datasheet for Hong Wei with details as to their characteristics (release time, closing time, etc). Since the picture clearly shows Songle relays, if you are substituting, say that we may get Hong Wei relays instead.

I measured all 5 and got a D-S resistance of about 0,4Ω at 1 ampere and 10V at the gate. They look good and should work well.

All 5 switches worked well, but there is nothing on the switches to say that they are 15A 250V. There is also no UL or other designation. I will have to scratch the rating into the body.
