The hinges of the legs could be stronger or better designed. Once the tripod is fully deployed each leg has a bit of lateral movement. These three movments add up, as a result the camera at the top of the stick is unstable. A heavy phone will have a tendency to lean to one side. Being wobbly by design don't try to use it if there is a bit of air.... The button on the remote control should be more recessed, I keep turning it on accidentally (in my pocket or in a bag)
