Good buy. I haven't tested its waterproofness yet but it should be made of the same material that a tarp I have and which is efficient. I don't know if I would dare to use it as a "float bag" in things like rafting but it will serve me as a way of storing things like my sleeping bag when camping and as a waterproof lining for my backpack (never use bleach on natural latex, guys, it will turn it to powder). The two last pictures are with a standard sized sleeping bag in it, not compressed. There are very faint maple leaf markings when you put the bag under the right light angle.

This watch was what I was looking for, I'm very satisfied, especially for that price. The points I like : -Thin , it slides easily under the cuff and the unobstrusive buttons won't destroy my wool pullovers like my previous watch. - I really like it's minimalistic and well balanced look. - Not too large (not small neither but the current trend is for enourmous watches, imho) for my thin wrist, fits well. (could fit much larger wrists too, of course). - It has a countdown, something I frequently use for things like cooking. The points i dislike : - I have the clear numbers on dark background model, and while I like the look of it, the contrast is too low in medium / low lights but still ok if you look at the right angle (which is fortunately the natural angle when you look at your watch). - While of course it displays the seconds too, the countdown starts at 1 minute minimum, no seconds like my previous watch, but that not really a problem.

I already have a pari of Beaker 7x40 binoculars which are ok but I was looking for something less cumbersome. This ones are something like twice as expensive but they are worth their price, better overall quality in my opinion.

GigiM No,there are no paddings, among other things the hinges are a little lacking!

That little lever and it's wheel is worth buing them instead of using salvaged mouse boutons for exemple.

Works as advertised but don't use that kind of things to monitor plants you plan to eat as it will relase metals in the ground as it corrodes, use capacitive probes (also sold on BG) instead for that.
