I love this little plane. It’s great fun, as long as the wind is not too strong. (It’s only EPP foam so is very light and so effected by the wind) After you charge the batteries and put 4xAA batteries in the controller, you are ready to go. The AA batteries are the only thing you will need. Just don’t do what I did and mix the beginner mode with expert mode. I misread the level and started as an expert. My first few flights ended in crashes very quickly and I broke a prop. If you have it in beginner or intermediate, you can feel the gyro resisting when you move the plane. Also, I did my first few attempts in a sandy paddock - sand got into the gears when I crashed nose first and it took a while to clear. A grassy park is best - and don’t bother with the wheels if landing on grass. The only other issue I have had is one of the crashes damaged the battery compartment lid so it will not hold shut without help. I look forward to a less windy day to get out there again.

I ordered the main gear in mid-August and received it in early September- which is very good compared with other deliveries I am waiting on from PRC. It looks identical to the original - and hopefully I won’t crash the helo - so won’t need to use this!
