Q: What is the diameter of the head that goes in the differential? Dose it has the smaller measurment equal to 4mm?

The part is not compatible with the 540 motor. There is a difference between the rotor ax diameter. But is perfect compatible with the stock part on A979 model car.

Except the fact that this part dose not have the hols for the turning mechanism(see in picture below) and the fact that the gear spacing is smaller in hight with 1.5mm( wich will case problems if the gear will is changed)....except all of the above the part fits perfectly. the problems above can be fixed with some work from you, and then the peace will work ok on stock A979.

The parts are one on one compatible with the stock part. It is a great replacement for the plastic one. But I strongly advice on getting also the shaft one also from metal.

This components are a perfect fit to the stock ones. This is a great upgrade and a must if you want to calibrate the steering angle of the car.

This part comes with some modification regarding the steearing mechanism. You have to take in consideration it dose not have holes where the steering mechanism comes in place. Also the hols for the part that hold the main gear did not have the bore done...so i had to glue that part in place(the hols for the screws that fix this part into the chassis).

Normal bearings nothing special. They are exactly like in specifications.

The part is perfect for the 540 motor. It is a must cause the 390 motor radiator will not fit on the 540 motor.

The motor is great and a good upgrade but it is a must to get the Motor Seat and also another Motor Gear that fits with this motor. The motor has the diameter of the rotor ax at 3mm while the stock motor 390 has the rotor ax diameter at 2mm. If you get the neccesary extra parts the upgrade is great for the A979 model car

The part is compatible with 540 motor and it is perfect compatible with the stock base for the A979 model car. It is a must if you want to upgrade the motor and also the gears cause of it adjustable motor positioning.

I did not indentified any problem, the parts are compatible with stock A979 RC Car. The only thing to mention si to not forget to buy also the bearing for the wheel hubs. 8x12x3.5 and 4x8x3

The part fits perfectly. It has the scre fixing that gets fixed at the stereng engine, with 1mm longer but that is ok cause for my A979 car makes the wheels a lot more straigth the with the stock part.

Even if the part is with 1.8mm smaller then the plastic original from A979 RC car, it can be used with no problems. It can be used as a 1on1 replacement.
