Q: Great product, thank you already have 4 of them. One of my blinds controller is very sensitive, meaning one turn will fully open or close the blind. Can we maybe get firmware upgrade to be able to slow down the motor rotation please. It is very difficult to set limits at this speed. Thank you in advance.

Q: Be careful with the 3 gang as it comes with Bluetooth. bought 1,2 and 3 gang switches, both the 1 and 2 gang easily paired and are visible on my app(Smart Life). the 3 gang with Bluetooth however doesn't pair. Had discussion with mousehouse for over a week now, skype and email and no support whatsoever. keep asking me irrelevant questions even after sending them screenshots and even video clips. I have over 20 sonoff devices on my network without any issues. Wish I rather bought the no neutral sonoff.

BG441117151 i think you got 1 buggy switch, i don't think it's anything to do with single, 2, or 3 gang

Mustafaa Idon't think so. I use it with the SmartLife or Tuyya App.

Was really skeptical about how this would work, but am pleasantly surprised, works like a charm, even with my home-bridge for apple home kit
