Q: Cura3d does not have this printer in the Supported list. Just the ender 3 and ender 3 pro not the V2. Which printer would I select to use Cura3d.

UAV Just use the ender 3, that'll give you all the correct settings you'll need

Q: Is simplify3d/cura software included with purchase? It is listed with specs

UAV Hey Mate, No it comes with Creality software but this printer is open source meaning that you can use both cura and simplify3d. Just downloaded them for free off there websites. Hope this helps. Peace ✌️
